Christmas Pie

I spied this tiny gem from my paint room window.  The blossom is all of 3" high!  I have no earthly idea of its name, nor have I seen another anywhere.  It reminds me of a pie - and the tiniest flowers on top in reds contrast strongly with the fragile frond like droopy leaves.
